Service engagement begins only after a formal proposal and acceptance.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES 
Clients must: 
• Provide accurate information 
• Supply timely inputs, feedback, and approvals 
• Ensure shared content is owned or licensed 
• Respond promptly to communication 

Delays caused by missing client inputs may affect timelines.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS 
• Payments must be made as per approved proposals. 
• Due to the customised nature of digital services, payments are non‑refundable. 
• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur charges. 
• Delayed payments may pause or affect service delivery.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  
• All deliverables remain mrDotCode’s property until full payment is received. 
• Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client. 
• Unless restricted in writing, we may showcase non‑confidential work in our portfolio.

Client warrants that provided content does not violate third‑party rights.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY 
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information, project materials, strategies, and proprietary data shared during collaboration.

This obligation survives beyond the project duration.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mrDotCode is not liable for: 
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data 
• Indirect or consequential damages 
• Issues arising from third‑party tools, APIs, hosting, or service providers 
• Delays caused by force majeure events 

Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the disputed service.

8. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS 
We are not responsible for third‑party service interruptions, policy changes, pricing, or security lapses. 
Clients may be subject to those third parties’ terms.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES 
We may suspend or terminate services if: 
• Payments are overdue 
• Terms are violated 
• Client engages in unethical or abusive behaviour 
• Inputs required for work are not provided 
• Legal or operational issues arise 

Pending dues must be cleared immediately upon termination.

10. CONTENT ACCURACY 
While we attempt to maintain accuracy, the Website may contain technical or typographical errors.
Content may be updated or modified without notice.

11. GOVERNING LAW
